E' stato convertito nella legge 74/2020, il D.L. 33/2020, recante ulteriori misure urgenti dirette a fronteggiare l'emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19, diretto ad avviare ed a disciplinare la c.d. "fase due" nella gestione dell'epidemia, con il graduale allentamento delle misure di contenimento ed il ripristino dei diritti di libertà.
Decree-Law 33/2020 (converted by Law no. 74/2020) aims at initiating and regulating the so-called "phase two", that is the gradual slackening of the containment measures due to epidemiological emergency caused by the virus SARS-CoV2, in particular with the restoration of freedom rights concerning movements and reopening of economic activities.
