Nel corso dell'attuale legislatura, le competenze sul turismo sono state oggetto di vari passaggi tra Ministeri, fino poi alla costituzione, di recente intervenuta, con D.L. n. 22/2021 (L. n. 55/2021) del Dicastero del turismo. Il D.Lgs. n. 62/2018, in vigore dal 21 giugno 2018, ha recepito nell'ordinamento nazionale la normativa europea sui cd. contratti del turismo organizzato.
During the current legislature, various legislative interventions concerned the tourism sector. Legislative Decree no. 62/2018, in force since June 21, 2018, transposed European legislation on organized tourism contracts into national law. With regard to the institutional competences in this field, recently, Law Decree no. 22/2021 (Law no. 55/2021) provided for the institution of the Ministry of Tourism. For the interventions to support of the sector, adopted during the pandemic emergency, reference should be made to the specific theme of parliamentary activity.
